We completed this conversion project in the Summer of 2019, creating a suite of serviced offices within a former RBS bank building in Mauchline, East Ayrshire. The scope of work involved fully stripping out the building, the creation of an additional room on the first floor, all interior joinery including replacement windows, rewiring and electrical work, plus the installation of a new heating system, accessible toilet and all associated plumbing works. The team also re-instated some key period features of the building, including the cornicing and stair banister and railings.

The first tenants moved in during September 2019 and are delighted with their light, airy and modern offices in the heart of the village.
