This former stables building forms part of a larger estate in Ayrshire, acquired for full redevelopment and renovation by our client. Situated in a rural location, the vision for this derelict outbuilding was to create an appealing cottage-style property which could be marketed as a holiday let.

 

We undertook a full suite of renovation works which included a new roof and construction of an extension to the building. We installed full electrical, plumbing and heating systems, as well as performing structural works. The renovation was completed with internal joinery, painting and decoration, and installation of kitchenette and bathroom facilities. The end result is a charming cottage and holiday let which has added significant value to this previously abandoned estate.
