Our client, Parkhead Housing Association, had a brief to convert a space within the former Parkhead Schoolhouse to provide a commercial kitchen and community cafe facility. Our dedicated Site Manager oversaw all aspects of the work, the majority of which was mechanical and electrical in nature, with some joinery works included, and was carried out by our in house team of tradesmen. The commercial kitchen equipment was supplied and installed by one of our approved sub-contractors, again overseen by our Site Manager.

The Schoolhouse is a working building and as such was occupied throughout the course of the works. Our team worked closely with the client and the building occupants and users to ensure minimum disruption during the project.
