We worked closely with this client to renovate and extend an abandoned residential property to create a versatile space for after school and holiday child care in Linwood. We undertook a comprehensive suite of works on the existing property including window and door replacement, plumbing and heating installation, electrical works, exterior and hard landscaping works. Additionally, we worked closely with the architect to construct the extension to the property.
