This project was for refurbishment of kitchens in 3 blocks of student accommodation in the centre of Glasgow, and was awarded to Lochlie following a competitive tender process. We worked in partnership with the nominated kitchen supplier and the college accommodation staff to co-ordinate the delivery and installation of each kitchen in line with the schedule of tenants moving into the flats.  Our multi-trade team completed all works, including the installation of new heating systems and lighting throughout the flats in addition to the fitting of the kitchens.

The project was overseen by one of our experienced Site Supervisors who ensured that the project ran smoothly and acted as a central point of contact for the client and nominated suppliers.
