We were appointed to this project for Maryhill Housing Association to upgrade the communal back court areas and entrance ways of 3 tenement blocks in Glasgow. Works included site clearance, new wall foundations, building of new walls, repairs and render to existing walls, construction of new canopies and installation of zinc cladding, hard landscaping works to include kerbs and surfaces, fencing and gates, repairs and replacement of bin stores, and some soft landscaping.

Works were carried out by our in house teams and overseen by a dedicated Site Supervisor. The properties within the building remained occupied throughout the duration of the works, and our team worked closely with the client to ensure all works were carried out in a safe manner for affected tenants.
